The staff's exceptional service truly shone when I realized I had misplaced my ID card; not only did they swiftly locate it, but they went above and beyond to ensure its safe return, showcasing unparalleled care and attention to detail. The ironing facilities provided were top-notch; my clothes were impeccably pressed, adding a touch of elegance to my stay. Lastly, the heating in the room was superb, creating a cozy ambiance that perfectly complemented the rustic charm of the inn. This experience was truly a treasure in the heart of Bansko, where every detail, from the parquet floor to the complimentary toiletries, contributed to an unforgettable stay. My evenings were enriched by exploring the nearby charming local eateries like Obetsanova Mehana and Matsurev Han, all within walking distance, adding a delightful culinary adventure to my Balkan getaway.
